Street Fighting



Street fighting involves the use of anything and everything that can be used as a weapon including all the parts of the human body and various objects that can typically be found lying in the streets of any settlement or community.

Bottles, sticks, stones, chairs and other types of furniture, common household tools and working implements–all of these things can be used to deliver potentially deadly force when faced with an opponent.

For purposes of this article however, we will stick to street fighting techniques that do not involve anything other than the parts of the body.

Even with that restriction, there is a lot of damage that you can do. Just using all the various parts that humans are born with, an experienced street fighter can cause considerable amounts of pain and injury, and in some cases even death. Let’s start from the top–literally–then, shall we?

First up in your arsenal of inborn weapons is the head. While your instincts may tell you that the head is a part that should be protected at all costs–and it is–it can make quite an effective striking weapon when used properly.

When using your head as a street fighting technique, you should always remember to make contact with the top part of the forehead.

Next up are the elbows. Used to tremendously devastating effect in mixed martial art competitions, the elbows can be used to strike in almost all directions towards the nose, chin, throat, neck and solar plexus of your opponent.

Aside from its great force, elbow strikes tend to come out of nowhere, and your opponent will probably never even see it coming.

The fists are of course one of the parts of the body that is most often used in combat. As to whether it is used effectively however is another matter entirely.

Anyone can throw a punch, but it needs a fair amount of knowledge and experience to be able to throw one and connect effectively without breaking your hands.

These are only a few of the street fighting techniques that you can use. They should be a good start though and give your opponent something to think about!

    I have been street fighting for a while and im only 11. i was once in a street braw, i got hit in the back of the head with a brick and choked up blood. I wasn’t ready to lose, so i got back up and choked the kid out, i bit his back and ripped of his. I finnaly sent him home crying. I am a fighting expert, so if you need help contact me

    thats all good and everything but your forgetting a couple of things, like shoulders, forearms and finger tips. and what about ya legs, like ya knees shins and feet. so next time ya edit this, try not to leave any of this out because i can see that ya don’t know much about fighting for missing out these points

    you should be a good fighter but one thing thats kept me alive is to try NOT to get into fights you may be able to beat this one guy but what happens when him and 10 of hia “freinds” jump you? its happened to me and trust me…its not fun
